Awkward size and strap too long

I found this bag to be a weird size…not big enough for my water bottle or travel cup (a 12oz Klean Kanteen for reference), but too big for a bag that doesn’t fit a water bottle. The strap was also too long. Even adjusted as short as possible, it was still so long that the bag hung awkwardly down under my arm instead of staying in front. I would have just understood that the bag wasn’t quite right for me and given 3 or 4 stars, but my return was rejected due to a mystical “missing tag”. Not only that, but all I got was an automated email that it was rejected. Period. End of story. No reason, or next step, or options. So if I didn’t email back asking what the problem was, they would have just kept the bag AND my money and called it a win. Super shady and dishonest business practice. The return rejection email should give a reason or at the very least tell you what your options are. In the end I got half my money back (again, only because I emailed and asked what the options were), even though I never used the bag and wrapped and packaged everything up exactly how it arrived. I’m not sure there ever WAS a tag. If a company is going to keep your money and the merchandise when you try to return, why wouldn’t they make it impossible to get a full refund? So basically instead of trying again with a different bag later, I learned a $20+ lesson to never purchase from this company again.

I just traveled with my new sling bag. I love the style. The lightweight feel, wide guitar strap, and the color I chose made me very happy that I purchased it. I'm still using it and it’s now my every day bag.

Love this bag! Only suggestion is to build a little key hook into the inside top point to better use that wasted space. Every inch counts with this small bag and I jammed a lot in! (toddler mom approved)
