Amazing customer service

Overall, I love both of my bags from pink cove! They are practical and stylish. This small business also has some of the best customer service I have ever seen before. I had a minor problem with the first bag I ordered, and after reaching out, they gave me a full store credit and told me to keep the bag!! So kind and considerate. Only thing I would say otherwise is that the zippers arnt very smooth to zip..they often get caught. Overall, I will still order again in the future!
