I waited months for this bag to restock in the Black before finally ordering to use as a diaper bag. After going all over my state (to my local post office and back all over) understandably out of their control it finally arrived while I was on vacay. I couldn’t wait to use it. I immediately popped the tag off when I opened it. I love the design of the bag, unfortunately for me the bags stitching that I received is all unraveled and not even in the stitch if that makes sense. I sent over photos of the stitching and the zipper on the inside not even being attached to the bag due to the stitching and was told to email, I emailed them and they said start a return. Well unfortunately it says if tag was removed they can not do anything for me. Sucks. I wanted to love this bag and this brand.
