This backpack is perfect for my laptop and work essentials. I appreciate that it is lightweight and easy to put on my back, even when wearing my winter coat. The strap is nice to carry when going shorter distances. It’s also fashionable so I like to show it off when I attend meetings!

So far so good. Love the size and all the compartments. I have the saddle tan color. I’ve only had one issue and that’s been one of the zippers. Couldn’t get it open. Was worried about breaking it, but was able to gently get it done. Now it’s fine.

I can't think of a bad thing about this bag, it's perfect on the shoulder or as a chic backpack, it protected my laptop, has a billion pockets to keep me organized, retains it's shape and the blush pink color is lovely. This is a beautiful backpack and fits my laptop perfectly. I’ve used it once so far for a work event and have gotten a few compliments. My bag had a very light discoloration in the front and the main zipper doesn’t glide smoothly. Hopefully the zipper will smooth out with continued use.

it's exactly what i expected! the quality is amazing, the backpack looks awesome. i also ordered a separate strap, it's really cute! i get compliments from strangers all the time! in addition the backpack is big, can fit everything i need: laptop, water bottle, coffee mug, headphones, chargers, nook, all the small things.. and there is still space! at the same time it doesn't look too bulky, doesn't take much space either. absolutely recommend it to everyone.
